About our Menu
We use organic ingredients whenever possible. All of our breads, pastries, desserts, and pastas are made with organic non GMO flour. Our kitchen cooks with real food and natural ingredients. We source everything we can from local farms. Because of this, our menu and ingredients change daily.
We support local farms. Here are a few of our favorites: Peerman Family Farm, Terrapin Farms, Montana Flour, Two Bear Farm, Wicked Good Farm.
